Olympic Fitness Club is a locally owned coed health club dedicated to providing members with access to top quality equipment, certified professional trainers and a people friendly atmosphere. We are conveniently located near the Coty plant on Broadway Road, with additional parking available to the right side of our building. Our GoalOur goal is to help men and women achieve their personal physical fitness goals, regardless of their current workout abilities, with the best in education and training. Our NETA certified personal trainers can help with cardiovascular workouts, circuit training, aerobics, yoga and much, much more. Our EquipmentWe have stocked our facility with some of the best exercise machines available from many leading manufacturers such as Life Fitness, Nautilus, Precor, Hammer Strength, StairMaster, Star Trac and more. We also have a wide variety of workout tools like fit balls, medicine balls, aerobic steps, free weights and more. We have also put together two complete circuits of some of the finest strength training equipment including both a 15 piece circuit of Nautilus Nitro® equipment and a 15 piece circuit of Hammer Strength® equipment. We've got the equipment, you provide the exercise! Nautilus Nitro® ExpressWay™The Nautilus Nitro® ExpressWay™ is a strength training program designed to deliver excellent gains in muscle strength and impressive improvements in body composition to the average adult in a minimal amount of time. This program is based on the research studies of Dr. Wayne Westcott, Rita LaRosa Loud and their colleagues at the South Shore YMCA in Quincy, MA. Their results showed that on average, the adult exercisers in these particular studies increased their muscle strength by over 40 percent, added about two and one half pounds of muscle, and lost about four and one half pounds of fat over an eight week training period.
